For those of you that are new and have just found this website, welcome. I’ve never advertised this website and I’ve been extremely lazy with the metadata and tagging, which means that I don’t often hit the top of search queries. I’m also pretty slack with social media. So if you did find me, there’s probably something here for you to read… something that you’re supposed to know or learn. At least, that’s how I believe that the universe works.

But this post isn’t about that. This is to thank each and every one of you who have found me, and have commented on how my words have helped, taught or inspired you in some way. I’m so happy that it has, because that’s been my only aim: To reach just a handful of people, to make a difference in their lives.

And to all of you who have given me that wonderful feedback, you have inspired me to keep doing more. So thank you!

I started this website because I have a story to tell. I’ve been on such a long journey to get to where I am today, and it hasn’t been an easy one. As a result, I have so many thoughts, theories and stories to tell, that my mind just overflows with them and some get blurted out here. (You should know that for every blog I post, there’s at least two others that are written but not posted! Why? Because sometimes my thoughts aren’t finished or I haven’t reached a conclusion, so what I’ve written just reads like babble, so I hold onto it until it’s more complete.)

On the theme of sharing and doing more, I’ve spent the last few months learning new skills and building another project: My wellbeing life coaching business, Your True North, where I’ve created programs to help people learn, grow and become the best version of themselves… because life isn’t so difficult once you have the skills to navigate it.

I haven’t yet worked out all the social media side of things, which includes figuring out what to do with my Instagram account for this website, but I do have social media accounts set up for the coaching site. (This includes a private Facebook group, especially created for those who need and/or prefer a safe and private space to connect with others and for me to share exclusive content.) I will keep this site up and running, and I will continue with my blog post ramblings here. I’ll also be aiming to have more consistent posts.
